Brief Outline
Due to our clients dynamic growth they are now seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Manager around London and the south east.
About Our Client
Our client is a leading London-based technology company who specialise in 'Smart Home' installations for high-end residential clients. They specialise in the Design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and configuration of a number of custom smart homes systems.
About the Role
* Leading the planning and implementation of projects consisting of AV, Lighting Control, IT, telecom, security and whole-home control systems
* Defining project scopes, milestones and deliverables
* Developing project plans, managing resources, project stages and budgets
* Performing site surveys, risk assessments and attending site meetings
* Managing client expectations and relationship throughout the life-cycle of the project
* Assigning work packages and managing a team of in-house engineers responsible for physical delivery of the project
About the Candidate
* At least 2 years' experience in project management within either audio-Visual, lighting Controls, data cabling or IT/Network systems
* Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management
* Experience in working on construction sites
* Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at a time
* Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
* You will have a driving Licence
* Prince2 qualifications will be advantageous
