IMPLEMENTATION BUSINESS ANALYST
This is a key role within the Implementation Team, seeing the individual have responsibility for the management, control and delivery of projects, with a key focus on fund launches, fund closures and fund restructures. The role is a key liaison function between internal and external customers and outsourced service providers involved in the change processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Contribution to the strategic relationship with all Investment Services providers.
- Support the Operational Solutions team and Investment Services area in project delivery.
- Deliver change projects as assigned, and provide business analysis, research, early life support and general support on projects throughout the project life cycle, as required. This also includes management of risks and issues, maintaining well controlled documentation and provision of updates and reports to all relevant parties e.g. Project managers, Programme offices etc. and project implementation.
- Maintain well controlled electronic and paper documentation for all deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project plans/task lists using standard templates wherever possible. Review and enhance these as new tasks are identified.
- Communicates information effectively in a structured, confident and engaging manner, tailoring content to meet the needs of the audience.
- Deliver information effectively to a range of small and large groups in both internal and external forums.
- Attends regular project / review meetings to ensure service is provided by Investment Services teams to agreed standards.
- Invests time with customers to understand their needs and gain buy-in to service to be provided.

Core Requirements:
- Should have experience within business analysis or projects along with investment operations.
- Knowledge of fund trading, fund pricing, fund accounting and other operational processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly MS Project would be advantageous.
