Alexander Black Recruitment is urgently looking for a data Implementation Consultant to join our high profile client.
Our client is the world’s leading fund administration providers. They have clients globally and are well known throughout the hedge fund market.
The implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing the implementation of one of the key products in Europe. When required, the principal consultant will also be responsible for providing support to the sales department. This will take the form of Pre Sales meetings and demonstrations as well as post sales help. You will assist product development to test a new platform features and functionality.
- Assist in the creation of specifications for external project deliverables
- Complete specific project deliverables based on client specific requirements
- Serve as a liaison between clients and Professional Services team for specific project deliverables.
- Create report templates in accordance with client requirements and defined best practices using Crystal Reports
- Load data into the Platform using VBScript
As a consultant you will run projects as well as mentor several junior consultants. The next step up is towards country management or senior level sales. Product knowledge can be picked up quite quickly so we are looking for bright individuals.
The role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature. The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, making confident decisions under pressure with aggressive timeframes and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.
Candidates must have:
- 2 years commercial
- Experience of the Project lifecycle
- Experience of Implementation or Consultancy
- Commercial experience of Implementation
- Crystal Reports
- SQL including stored procedures
- XML
- Understanding of Data Flows
This role suits someone from a software consulting or implementation background who is looking to take on serious responsibility. You will also have to sign an NDA due to the close proximity you have to funds very important IP.
