Implementation Manager – Financial Services
For this Financial Services Giant we are looking for a strong Implementation Manager.
Key Requirements
- Work with the implementation team to manage and active participate in all activities in support of the roll out of the software for UK Asset Servicing
- Planning, preparation and management of Model Office, Dress Rehearsals and Migration project phases and execute the transition from legacy systems
- ssist in the generation of implementation documentation (including detailed approach documentation, runbooks, governance approach etc.) using interviews, document analysis, workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Prepare well structured, clear and concise documentation on project deliverables
- Work independently with business users and project team to define concepts in relation to implementation and also work under direction of project managers
- Drive and challenge business units and project team on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Be the liaison between the project teams, business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Provide clear and concise updates on status, risks and issues to the project management team, project sponsors and stakeholders
Essential skills:
- Sound knowledge of Global Corporate Action events across multiple securities products
- Sound knowledge of the securities industry and global market infrastructure projects
