***Implementation & Onboarding AVP*** Leading derivative transaction processing and trade confirmation firm recruitment
I am currently sourcing for an AVP role in Singapore for a leading exchange / transaction confirmation firm who are looking for an individual to join their implementation and on-boarding team.
The business combines their flagship electronic trade confirmation, position reconciliation and related workflow platforms from its parent companies to provide a single gateway for over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transaction processing globally. They help to reduce operational risk, streamline processing and improve the safety and certainty of the OTC derivatives markets by simplifying and automating trade processing across the major asset classes.
The Implementation and Onboarding team is responsible for the new client setup and new process adherence for the external Buy Side and Dealer communities. This is cross product and cross asset class.
The position requires the individual to focus on OTC and derivatives settlements product rollout to new participants. The primary purpose of this position is to configure and execute product rollout to participants which will enable them to access the production environment of the business.
This is a great opportunity to develop a broad product knowledge across the derivatives space and interact with various business within financial services across the region.
Qualifications:
- Post graduate in a management or finance related degree.
- 3+ years of financial services experience predominantly in a derivatives/OTC operations environment.
- Excellent knowledge of derivatives trading cycle for Fixed Income derivatives, Equity derivatives and also for OTC clearing.
- Understand the requirements of the participant and design an effective product roll out.
- Knowledge of project management, API implementation and designing of .CSV files preferred
