The Position
We are seeking individuals with financial and technology experience to configure and implement our IT Financial and Business Management SaaS-based solutions in support of on boarding our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand requirements and be responsible for extensive data analysis and applying associated business rules to deliver the solution to address their business needs. Job Responsibilities
· Support multiple, simultaneous ComSci client initiatives to implement ComSci’s IT Financial and Business Management solutions.
· Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into ComSci’s product set which meets customer needs, provides maximum solution value, and is within scope of ComSci products/services.
· Configure, test and document ComSci dashboards, reports and underlying data models to meet functional design and specifications.
· Operational management of select customer implementations, i.e. loading new data, reviewing and validating dashboard/report outputs.
· Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the ComSci product suite.
· Work closely with other analysts in the organization to leverage skill sets and deliverables. Provide end user training as needed.
Job Requirements
· Strong analytical skills.
· Strong to expert skills in data analysis and data manipulation.
· Ability to quickly comprehend complex spreadsheets/data in order to streamline the underlying processes into the ComSci solution; versed in formulaic logic (e.g. Excel).
· Attention to detail, a Self starter with a client-focused attitude.
· Team player with solid communication and presentation skills.
· Competent with packaged application software implementation practices.
· High level knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments.
IT Financial and Business Domain Focus
· Specific knowledge and application of IT services and financial management including budgeting, cost allocations, capital operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application / infrastructure support.
· Operational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network / communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development maintenance.
Technical Domain Focus
· Knowledge and application of relational database concepts.
· Skilled at working with large data sets in Excel, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues.
Experience Education
· 2 to 3 years of experience in a business or system analyst role for medium to large scale business software implementation projects.
· Knowledge and experience in IT Financial Management is a major plus.
· 4 year degree in business management, finance or equivalent.
· Training / certification in ITIL or equivalent is a bonus.
Location Travel
· Based in Iselin, New Jersey
· Willingness to travel (20% average but reaching 50% during peak)
