McCracken Financial Solutions, located in Billerica MA., is a leading software provider for the financial lending industry.  We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our software team.  The preferred candidate will be an exceptionally detail-oriented, energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

This position involves on site support, consulting and training for our STRATEGY customers.  You will be working with our new and existing customers to implement and train them in the use of our STRATEGY commercial loan servicing software package as well as other software written by McCracken.  Key responsibilities include:

 

Partnering with clients to problem solve issues that arise

 

Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process

 

Work closely with development to ensure client satisfaction

 

Manage customer expectations

 

Train customer on new and existing software applications

 

Organize project activities that may require meetings and communication ensuring completion of the project on schedule

 

 

Required skills/Experience

 

Minimum 5 years experience in commercial banking operations

                                                Or

Minimum 3 years commercial mortgage loan servicing experience

 

75% travel (mostly U.S. travel)

 

Good troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills for problem solving

A relentlessly positive disposition; excellent people and teamwork skills; the ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions; strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail; exceptional follow-through; the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast paced environment; and a general understanding of a technical environment.
