An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house Technology / IT Recruiter to join this high growth, global Financial Information Services firm based in the heart of London. As the internal Technology Recruiter you will be responsible for delivering end to end cost effective recruitment solutions, across the firm’s IT departments. This position offers the opportunity to build on existing IT and Technology recruitment skills to become a true partner to the business; advising on market trends, competitor benchmarking and strategic resourcing.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with previous Technology recruitment experience gained within a in-house Financial Services or Insurance environment. The culture is energetic and fast paced and the ideal candidate will enjoy this environment and the benefits this brings, and possess a strong work ethic to enable them to thrive here. In return the varied experience, training and high level exposure will allow for fast track career progression. Candidates should be comfortable dealing with stakeholders within the business at all levels and have excellent communication skills and organisational ability.
