Spa Booking Advisor/Customer Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a market leader in the Coventry area.

FULL TIME POSITION

Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm
22 days holiday stats.

A fast paced role where day to day duties will include answering incoming calls from potential customers interested in booking a spa experience, giving advice and recommendations based on personal requirements, scheduling customers itineraries at the spa, taking payments and sending booking confirmations to venues and customers.

You will need to be highly motivated, eager to win bookings, a team player and have an excellent telephone manner with at least 2 years phones sales experience.

Comprehensive training will be given and you can enjoy a generous incentive scheme. One of the perks of the job is spa familiarity trips for on-going product knowledge to experience at first hand the "spa experience" which is invaluable when speaking to customers by phone.
