In-House Private Equity Funds Lawyers
Our client is a specialist global private equity manager with a range of specialist funds across private equity, fund of funds and venture capital.
They are seeking an In-House Private Equity Investment Funds Lawyer to join their in house legal team in their London office. Key responsibilities include: providing legal expertise on the creation and management of funds (Lux SICARs, Limited Partnerships etc), the preparation and drafting of relevant fund documentation, negotiating with external investors, providing legal support to investment committees and relevant stakeholders, monitoring relevant case and regulatory developments and providing legal advice on all fund-related matters.
The successful candidate will be a lawyer qualified in England Wales or a European jurisdiction, have a legal investment funds background (ideally within venture capital and private equity), experience either in-house or private practice, very strong drafting and communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
