In-House Recruiter recruitment
We are representing them as they search for an in-house recruiter to join their growing team.
As a Recruiter, the incumbent provides expert consultation on all phases of the staffing continuum; plan/implement all activities relating to staffing strategy, sourcing, recruiting, candidate development, selection and hiring. He/She works closely with business managers to build the required talent and capabilities in the organisation in order to deliver the business strategy in the short and long term.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
- Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategies
- Create detailed search assignments to ensure understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships across business functions
- Leverage on online networking resources to proactively identify candidates best-suited for the company
- Fill open positions within the established timeframes
- Work with management team to determine the best and right fit for open positions
- Complete process from candidate’s acquisition until induction
- Conduct reference checks, background investigations and certification verifications
- Provide accurate, complete and inspiring information to candidates about the company’s position
- Participation in Headcount / Workforce planning
Experience Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment, including the use of an Applicant Tracking System such as Taleo, RecruitSoft, PeopleSoft,
- 5+ years experience using 3rd party job boards, Internet navigation tools and MS Office
- 5+ years of vendor management and monitoring performance of Strong negotiation and closing skills, ability to deal with very complex hiring processes and follow them through to closure.
- • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic High Tech organization is a definite asset.
- • Previous experience attending job fairs and targeted sourcing campaigns.
