OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The role sits within the London Recruitment Team which reports directly to the Board. Alongside the Recruitment Manager and relevant business heads you will play a key role in recruiting across all areas of the business, predominantly front office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work proactively with Partners and Business Managers to help identify candidates for all positions and to help grow the recruitment capacity across the London business, ensuring the highest calibre of candidates are hired.
Manage the full recruitment cycle.
Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
Provide accurate and detailed feedback to business heads.
Identify new business opportunities.
Develop pipeline of suitable candidates.

KEY SKILLS
Proven track record within an in-house recruitment function or specifically agency side within the IDB arena. We would also be interested in speaking with Brokers who are looking for something different.
Degree educated
Understanding of financial markets
Microsoft Office applications
