Inbound Customer Service/Sales Supervisor
Our client, a subsidiary of the leading supplier of construction materials in the UK, are looking to recruit an experienced customer service professional to join their team. Based in London, our client are a market leader in what they do and are looking to fill this position ASAP.
As the Supervisor of the Customer Service/Sales team of 2, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of your team's performance, conducting informal reviews and acting as the eyes and ears of them team. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for handling in excess of 50 daily inbound calls from existing clients, dealing with a range of queries and negotiating prices/quotes.
In order to be considered for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- experience in handling high volume inbound calls
- supervisory/team leader experience
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Knowledge of London geography a bonus (for quoting/logistics purposes)
The contracted hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and our client are looking to fill this position as soon as possible - if interested, please apply!
