Inbound Sales Manager
I am recruiting for a Sales Manager to work for an expanding business in Durham.
The role will involve managing a team of 15 inbound sales agents, you will be responsible for coaching, training and developing the sales team and ensuring targets are hit and the businesses strategic plan is achieved.
The ideal candidate for this role needs to have a strong sales management background and be able to demonstrate how you have grown and developed previous teams to new heights. You will need to be positive, proactive, driven and have a hands on approach with the sales team. Excellent organisation skills and experience of working within a fast paced environment is essential.
This is a full time permanent role, salary is £35,000 plus company car / laptop/ mobile / pension and bonus.
