Incident Manager

A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for an Incident Manager to join their busy and expanding team at their prestigious offices in Hatfield.

As the Incident Manager, you will be responsible for day to day incident management, driving service improvement across the business area, driving customer satisfaction and looking at ways to improve SLA and reduce cost.

You will have a background of core incident management, with experience in multi tasking. You should be a good team player, with strong work ethic and passionate about delivering changes for the benefit of the company. ITIL foundation qualification is preferable but not essential.
