Income and Operations Manager

I have got a fantastic opportunity to join a leading youth charity in brand new Finance Manager position. Reporting into the Senior Head of Income and Operations, the role has been designed to bridge the gap between the Operations and the Fundraising Team. The position will play a vital role in providing financial support and links for the Trust’s Fundraising, Operational Delivery and Programmes Development Teams.

Responsibilities include
• Monitoring and evaluating the bidding process
• Providing reports and analysis of fundraised and contract income and corresponding expenditure
• Producing reports and analysis of procurement processes across the Trust, making recommendations where appropriate.
• Monitor and review procurement processes
• Identify fundraising gaps
• Produce rate cards.

The right candidate will be
• ACCA or CIMA studier
• A minimum of two year’s experience in the finance department of a complex organisation
• Have experience of producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A can do attitude
• An interest in the voluntary sector
