Index Sales Account Manager
You will own and be the single point of contact for the client and be responsible tio that relationship. You must ensure that you maintain knowledge of customers’ whole business, pressures and opportunities. The major focus increasing revenue with existing clients base, ensuring great service and retention of existing business.
Job Description:
- Strong relationships with clients at all levels within the organisation
- Business development with clients through strong relationships and good planning in conjunction with other Sales Managers, marketing and other relevant departments
- Proactively approach customers with creative ideas for building business together.
- Displays good communication and presentation skills both internally and externally
- Meets targets for revenue growth and retention.
