INDUSTRIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
THERMOPLASTICS
GREATER TORONTO AREA BASED
OUR CLIENT is a well respected and expanding distributor and molder in the thermoplastic sector. They are searching for a strong sales person who will cover a large portion of Ontario acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
Strong emphasis, of course, will be in the industrial manufacturing sectors of metropolitan areas, so only moderate travel is required. Training is provided both at head office and in the field, adjustable to incumbent’s expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Plastics and resins exposure and preferably a knowledge of the thermoplastic process.
- Bachelors of Science degree or plastic engineering diploma would be preferred or an equivalent experience in a thermoplastic environment.
- 1-5 years of related sales is required; specialty thermoplastics is an asset.
- Ability to operate from your home
- You must be comfortable in a technical environment, developing new business.
- You will have good organizational skills, can work independently with good self motivation, have computer acumen, understand PL statements and work with some suppliers.
COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary: $70-90K
- Lucrative incentives; Quarterly territory bonuses
- Car allowance, mileage and insurance assistance.
- PDA Expenses are provided
