Based in their Berkeley Vale site our client is looking to recruit a lateral thinking Industrial Engineer to be responsible for improving manufacturing conversion cost structures by driving the relentless elimination of waste and improve productivity through the execution of an ongoing, structured program of continuous improvement. You will evaluate capital investment projects and determine the economic feasibility for each one, supplying a full report to the Senior Management team on whether the project should proceed.
To succeed in this role you will have a proven background in process improvement and working on new capital projects, you will be degree qualified and have the ability to think outside the square offering solutions to many varied efficiency issues. You will be extremely analytical minded and have experience of compiling detailed corporate manufacturing reports.
