The Industrial Engineer Manager has responsibility for designing and implementing better, more productive systems. Designs, installs, fabricates and integrates systems that include people, materials, information, equipment and energy necessary to accomplish the desired function. Manages productivity improvements, supply chain optimization, project management, feasibility studies for new technologies and applications, lean and just-in-time implementation.

Responsibilities include:1. Manages cost estimates for new products and revise existing cost estimates for products.
2. Manages standards - generates, communicates, monitors and updates standards.
3. Coordinates analysis and project efforts as needed to support cost reduction projects.
4. Manages process improvements as driven by the business unit heads.
5. Analyzes, recommends and monitors capital spending and RCE activities to ensure that each capital purchase adds value to the company. Supports Manufacturing Engineering through the generation of capital expenditure justification documents for equipment acquisitions.
