INDUSTRIALIZATION PROJECT LEADER REQUIRED L2103
Studio Leonardo, italian recruitment agency specialized in human resources, is looking for an Industrialization Project leader on behalf of an international industrial company specialized in hydraulic motors and components
Duty details:
- Manage Industrialization of new group products project in Modena, Italy
- Coordinate activities of industrial project team members (MBU and ABU Mfg Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Design, Value Analysis)
- Manage, in constant coordination with Design Project Leader, industrial phases of new products projects by coordinating all activities in other group plants and by current or new suppliers.
- Coordinate all activities in order to define, implement and run machines, tooling, tools, processes, assembly lines and test benches.
- Participate to suppliers selection, process definition and validation
- Manage P-FMEA for main internal and external processes, including machining, assembly and testing
- Is the referent to reach series production costs target and commit the project team (manufacturing, design sourcing) on these targets
- Secure processes and supplies in order to insure QCD targets through quality and delivery contingency plans. Implement double sourcing, possibly with group suppliers.
- Report hierarchically to the General manager, functionally to the
Main eligibility qualifications and requirements of the ideal candidate:
- He/she shall have a Degree in mechanical engineering and Strong Machining Processes knowledge for mechanical parts.
- He/she shall know lean manufacturing principles.
- He/she shall have both managerial skills and technical knowledge.
- He/she must have a long proven Experience in industrial company, with machining activities.
- The candidate must be mature, loyal, empathetic, open-minded, confident, hands-on and down-to-earth with a hands-on approach to problem solving. S/He will be a bright, analytical, strategic and yet operationally solid individual.
- He/she must speak fluent English.
- His/her ability to empathise with others is a “MUST”.
- He/she shall be an open-minded person, whose personal integrity and loyalty are a prerequisite for a correct performance of his duties.
- He/she shall be willing to travel; international journeys will be part of his duties.
- Fluent French is a plus.
- He/she shall live in Emilia Romagna or be willing to move there.
