The Role
BMART is seeking an Industry Data Manager to cultivate relationships with Bloomberg customers and play a significant role in the development of BMART products.

The Industry Data Manager we are seeking for this role will ultimately be measured by their success in engaging customers in increasing usage of BMART third-party data sources. We expect them to develop particular focus on depth in a specific industry vertical (in particular the healthcare sector) and act as customers' go-to person for in-depth data and insight provided through Bloomberg Industries and other sources and functions included in the Bloomberg Professional service.

The person we seek will have heavy responsibility in developing and shaping BMART products; they will play an active, creative role in the evolution of BMART and Bloomberg Professional offerings, alongside basic guidelines provided by the management team.

Qualifications
-Proven experience of direct customer engagement experience in institutional sales or investment management at a top-tier firm
-Proven experience with investment-relevant data and research content in the healthcare/life sciences sector is required
-Business development experience, specifically in a content distribution context
-Entrepreneurial drive and experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform under pressure and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
-Ability to focus and deliver in an environment that is fluid, rapidly evolving, and changing
-Clear team player, though still a self-starter and able to work independently when the deliverables, circumstances require
-Excellent communication skills
-Consummate professional and future culture carrier
-Ownership mentality
-Familiarity with the Bloomberg Professional service (preferred)
