Project Finance – Origination – Singapore, South East Asia recruitment
Responsibilities:
Based in Singapore
Member of the origination team covering Asia Pacific region with focus on South East Asia.
Focus on Origination, Underwriting, Structuring and Execution of project finance deals.
Main industrial coverage: Infrastructure, oil gas, energy, metals mining sectors
Involved in the preparation of credit approval documentations and help oversee advanced financial modelling analysis of transactions.
Responsible for marketing and negotiation efforts in Asia and will be responsible for overseeing juniors writing pitch books, pricing, modeling documentation for deal opportunities and administration.
Background:
Experienced project finance candidates with at least 3 years of experience and have exposure in Asia Pacific deals.
Industrial coverage of energy and infrastructure sector would be advantageous.
Mandarin/Chinese languages is an added advantage but not essential.
Substantial experience in project financing lending/arranging short or long-term financial solutions preferred.
