As a Hedge Funds Services - Informatica Developer, you will work in a dynamic team environment to address the client requirements of a fast-evolving business. You will partner with Operations staff from various lines of businesses and Technology Business Analysts to analyze new client requests and formulate proposals for development. You will leverage your subject matter expertise with reporting and data warehousing tools such as Crystal Enterprise and Business Objects, and relational databases such as MS SQL Server to lead the planning and engineering of high performance, well-integrated reporting solutions. You will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure proper testing, operations turnover and update of runbook and SLA documentation for your enhancements. At project closure, you will participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project results and client satisfaction. As a key contributor in the HFS Technology team, you will have significant influence on the design of HFS data and reporting workflows. You will be responsible for prioritizing client reporting work queues and effectively managing team resources. You will contribute to staff performance management through the JPMorgan appraisal process, giving personal feedback and agreeing on staff development plans with project team members. In all interactions with JPMorgan personnel, you will promote effective teamwork, manage the resolution of interpersonal issues, and support the firm's People Management initiatives.
