INFORMATION SECURITY-NETWORK ANALYST

Primary Responsibilities: CTC is looking for versatile individuals to support an exciting new program for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. The individual will provide technical support in Afghanistan on a highly complex system supporting our warfighters. The qualified candidate will have a broad technical background and extensive hands-on experience in information security, networking, virtualization, server technologies, and systems administration and engineering in both Windows and UNIX-based operating systems environments.

Basic Qualifications: The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with 10 years of directly related experience, or a Master of Science (M.S.) degree with 8 years of directly related experience, or a PhD with 6 years of experience. The qualified candidate must also a DoDD 8570.01-M compliant certification (i.e., Network+, Security+, CISSP, etc.), preferably a CISSP.

Required skills/experience include:

Background in working in both RedHat Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience setting up and maintaining servers both Linux and Windows.
Virtual machine experience both Xen and VMware preferred.
Experience in the secure configuration of Hypervisors.
Support for application installation, troubleshooting and configuration.
Experience working with Cisco networking.
Working knowledge of storage area networks.
Experience supporting virtual desktop environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with RedHat Linux v5.7.
Candidates with Windows XP and Server 2008 experience.
Experience configuring and maintain Cisco Nexus switches.
Experience installing, configuring and maintaining Cisco UCS.
Experience with Isilon and VNX storage.
Prior experience with Geospatial applications.
Prior experience supporting 24x7 operations.
Prior deployment experience, particularly to Afghanistan.
Prior experience working on classified networks is highly preferred.

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required. U.S. Government TS/SCI Clearance is required for this position.
