Infrastructure Change and Problem Manager recruitment
A leading investment bank is immediately hiring an experienced change and problem manager to join their global infrastructure team based in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for driving improvements and resolution of recurring problems and tracking completion of work across multiple teams. They will also coordinate and facilitate change reviews, verify completeness and timeliness and drive follow-up activities after change and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of Problem and Change Management experience in the infrastructure space
- Minimum 7 years experience in a technical IT Operations role
- Experience working in a large financial institution
- Programming experience a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of automated change management systems, processes, procedures, and best practices
- Experience working in a matrix management environment and proven ability to operate across functional teams
- Experience gathering data, compiling information and preparing statistical and trend analysis reports for management and executive review
