Infrastructure Design Engineer Job in Leamington Spa, Midlands Uk
Proficiency in Autodesk Civils 3D AutoCAD 2012
o Digital terrain modelling
o Horizontal vertical highways design
o Corridor modelling
o Earthworks modelling
- Mains highways design and specification to DMRB and SHW, particularly
o Draft HD25 (IAN/73/06rev1)
o SHW Series 600 800
- SUDs /swales design
Background of windfarm infrastructure (advantageous but not essential)
You must have a solid background in using British Design Standards for private developer projects
Good working knowledge of drainage and highway design and detailing.
· Working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D
· Working knowledge of all MicroDrainage modules essential
· knowledge of AutoCAD essential
· Familiarity with proprietary design software
· Basic use of Microsoft Office and other administration software
Competencies
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage own workload within agreed time scales
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
