Inside New Business Sales Executive recruitment

Overview:
We are adding a Inside Sales Specialist to our Multimedia Solutions team. This role is responsible for selling all of Thomson Reuters products and services centered around multimedia communications including webcasting, online video platform, video production, signal connectivity and event management services.

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for new business development
• Develop and execute and/or assist in the development and execution of presentations and product demonstrations
• Identify and qualify new prospects
• Conduct need/solutions analysis
• Represent products that require deep domain knowledge or product knowledge
• Develop and maintain a database (sales pipeline) of potential and existing account penetration for sales management
• Prepare timely and accurate client/account activity summaries and sales forecasts for management's review
• Provide lead generation where warranted

Skills

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of solutions sales experience within large enterprise accounts
• Previous experience selling to financial institutions, preferably investment management and wealth management
• Previous experience selling webcasting (a plus)
• Ability to influence and manage the buying cycle with CXO's
• Proven track record of over-achieving quarterly and annual quotas
• Effective sales process management - call management, meeting management, pipeline management
• Strong team collaboration and execution of a defined territory plan
• Strong knowledge of internet and telecommunications concepts
• Knowledge of webcasting services, video production and signal connectivity a plus
• Formal sales training: Solution-Selling and/or Value-Selling training preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
