At the same time, the emerging inside sales unit will help Patch reach out to businesses through new channels, complementing our existing sales operations.
Role: Inside Sales Representative
As one of Patch’s Inside Sales Representatives, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a real impact on Patch’s sales, revenue and continued growth. You’re a recent graduate or experience in inside sales and/or digital advertising looking for an exciting growth opportunity in sales. You have the ability to not only meet but exceed targets. Combining your passion for digital media, ambitious nature and interest in sales with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will bring an infectious enthusiasm for Patch’s unique model, long-term vision and success.
Responsibilities:
• Report to the Inside Sales Manager, and sell into several categories or regions within a growing team in San Francisco
• Sell in targeted categories utilizing both Patch and AOL Local ad products
• Assist in the day-to-day sales efforts to local businesses across the country via phone
• Utilize Patch’s systems to help track and generate leads
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years inside sales experience
• Some previous experience in sales and/or digital advertising
• Positive and proactive work ethic
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of drive and self-motivation
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced and high-energy work environment
• Passion, self-directed and an entrepreneurial spirit
