Inside Sales Manager Job in Leesburg, Virginia US
Publicly traded manufacturer has an immediate need for an Inside Sales Manager.
This position will be responsible for a staff of 13 which consists of 8 inside sales and 5 customer service staff. It will be responsible for meeting annual sales budget, lead, manage and drive inside sales. It will also be working closely with outside sales, purchasing, engineering and manufacturing.
What we are looking for is someone who has experience within an inside sales or customer service capacity. Management experience and experience in upselling and value selling a plus. The ideal individual will be high energy and have good analytical skills. This position will be required to be located in Virginia and relocation will be provided.
