Inside Sales Representative I

We are seeking to fill an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Job Responsibilities :
This position has responsibility for growing designated accounts through outbound sales calls and related activities. The Inside Rep I may work with varying distribution channels and account types, including new partners, prospect partners, and existing partners. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
Required: 1+ years of prior sales experience, 1-3 years American Modern experience.
Preferred: 1-3 years of prior sales experience, insurance agency experience.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS
Required: Proven ability to drive results, excellent communication skills, ability to establish rapport quickly.
Preferred: Knowledge of Cognos, modernLINK, American Modern products distribution preferred.
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Insurance coursework desired.
Other: Formal Sales training is also preferred.
