Job Purpose The In-House Sales Rep will make sales calls on small customers via telephone, e-mail and fax. Job Responsibilities 1. Revenue Budget Achievement Assist In-House Sales Manager in achieving ASM income and expense budgets by ensuring all marketing strategies are implemented. Increase sales through efficient management of promotional spending within client guidelines. 2. Client Quota Achievement Meet or exceed clients goals for sales, distribution and promotional volume by working with all related departments for assigned customer. Utilize appropriate sales materials and data to deliver fact based solutions to customers. 3. Existing SKU Achievement Ensure incremental sales through distribution of new products and maintenance of existing SKU's. 4. Expand sales Continue to add clients purchased by customer Expand customer bases Expand channel reach Receive and expedite all new business calls from CDM's, BDM's and outside sources. 5. Forecast, Planning, Tracking, Communication Achieve incremental growth by pursuing volume-producing merchandising at assigned customer account. Maintain distributor grid, contract log, billback log, spending requests, sample requests. Monthly business update 6. Process Development Work with In-House Sales Manager to identify process/system enhancement for tracking, call efficiency, reporting and any other identified improvement areas. 7. Tradeshows Determine need/ROI, coordinate, secure funding and execute appropriate tradeshows.Set-up, sell and dismantle 8. Other related duties as assigned.
