Inside Sales Representative
Express Employment Professionals, in partnership with a local manufacturer/distributor, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join this growing team. This is an Evaluation for Hire position, with an evaluation period of 3-6 months. Work schedule M-F FT Day Shift hours. Pay rate $12-15 an hr DOE. Job Summary Provide internal sales support for corporate accounts and scientific applications, as well as customer service support regarding all aspects of order management. Prepare quotations for projects including interpreting plans and specifications, obtaining pricing for buyout items, and securing bids for project installations. Interface with internal depts, ensuring smooth flow of order fulfillment through the order management system. Job Characteristics -Heavy phone work, managing customer and field sales inquiries -Maintain and develop working relationships with customers and field sales staff -Prepare quotations and manage order entry process -Prioritize multiple inquiries to meet all deadlines -Solicit business from new and existing customers -Review shop drawings for accuracy -Meet routinely with staff to review new and existing projects The following is strongly desired or preferred in candidates: -Scientific and or engineering background -CAD, estimating, project mgmt skills and experience -Understanding of cold storage and thermodynamics Please contact our office today with interest in this position.
