Inside Sales Representative Job in Oakville L6l5t9, Ontario Canada

Job Description:
* Respond to customer enquiries and guide customer through available
products, website and literature
� Process sales orders and follow order through to completion
� Provide updated reporting to customer on status of orders in process,
communicating any anticipated delays
� Following up with customers on request for quotes
� Address customer complaints or concerns and present options to reach a resolution
in order to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
� Quote pricing and delivery on Client's and related products at customer�s request
� Liaison with engineering and production staff to ensure the feasibility of the request
� Support outside sales by providing quotes, pricing and inventory status
on products available for sale
� Maintain customer complaint log
� Process repairs through production, forward evaluation report and repair quote to the customer
� Meet weekly with production coordinator to prepare weekly shipping schedule
� Communicate any potential issues with shipping schedule to the customer
� Communicate any potential stock issues that may arise to procurement manager
in order to minimize potential sales order delays
� Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication

� Experience in using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;
knowledge of M2M is preferred
� Strong knowledge of PCs, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
� Strong verbal and written communication skills
� Proactive and comfortable in a high pressure environment
� Strong work ethic with a willingness to �do what it takes� to succeed
� Detail oriented and well organized
� Problem-solving abilities
� 2-3 years in inside sales or related customer service field

Job Experience:
� Experience in using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;
knowledge of M2M is preferred
