Insight Solutions is a recently established cross-service line offering focussed on bringing a consolidated Deloitte value proposition to market to dominate the analytics market place - a set of offerings that uses integrated business information to elevate the use of analytics to enhance an organisation's business processes and their capacity to make informed decisions.
We collaborate across service lines to offer fully integrated end-to-end solutions, incorporating business insight driven strategy, process improvement, change management, economics, channel integration, application implementation, analytic modeling and information management.
Exceptional opportunities exist for ambitious business insights technical consultants who have a passion for analytics and delivering valuable insights to clients. You will assist clients in the strategy, design and development of analytical solutions to improve the accuracy of their decision making and drive increased business value:
- Identify and address complex business problems relating to client's business models and strategies by designing and recommending insight-based analytical approaches and solutions.
- Assist in the development of new and innovative business consulting driven analytical solutions, aligned to particular industry groupings and the latest technology trends.
- Develop information and analytics strategies incorporating the ability to identify the capabilities required to establish and sustain the solution.
- Define the solution architecture and implementation approach to develop an end-to-end data driven analytics solutions.
- Provide advice throughout the implementation to give lasting value, leveraging strong analytical business and technical skills.
The ideal candidate must be:
- Passionate about embedding insight into every process and interaction to enable our clients to achieve new levels of business performance.
- Enthusiastic about taking the client on the journey of an end-to-end analytics solution delivery.
- Knowledgeable of the technical elements of analytics solutions, architecture and approaches.
- Cognizant of the analytics vendor landscape and on-going development/releases of software.
- A business insights technical consultant with extensive experience delivering multiple and complex analytics solutions that have resulted in outstanding client outcomes.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Tier 1 or 2 consultancy experience - working with leading analytics vendors, including but not limited to Oracle, IBM, SAS, SAP, QlikView and Tableau.
- Industry experience in financial services, energy and utilities, government, natural resources and/or industrial.
- Experience developing thought leadership and shaping the market's view towards the use of analytical solutions.
- Data driven supply chain optimisation solutions for the natural resources or industrial sector.
- Data driven asset performance management solutions for natural resources or industrial sector.
