This is a results-driven professional Installation/Service position in residential, light commercial, and indoor air quality products and services. Installation Technician's are company representatives for the replacement or installation of comfort equipment and products and/or air comfort services. Installation Technician must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, result driven,
detail oriented, and well organized.
Customer's time is a priority for Right Now Heating and Air. Installation Technicians are responsible for meeting client's needs and desires while meeting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of HVAC journeyman experience or
3 to 4 years of quality HVAC apprentice experience, an excellent work ethic and great communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license, be insurable, have a dependable vehicle (to from work), and be able to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities
•Ability to perform all HVAC and comfort equipment replacements and new installs to code
•Ability to complete work associated with the HVAC project the client requires
•Must be capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client
•Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client
•Ability to complete paperwork legibly and in an understandable manner
•Ability to communicate with Sales Lead Coordinator (eg. Debrief, email, etc) and take direction from them
•Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
•Must be comfortable asking for payment and collecting money getting financing paper signed completed to accounting
•Must comply with all safety standards and processes
•Must be able to climb ladders and work in close spaces
•Ability to communicate the benefits of service agreements to the client
•Must meet all standards such as callback ratio, productivity, service agreement conversion, etc.
•Make sure you have all required paperwork before leaving for job (eg. Permits, Tax Credit Info, Financing, etc.)
•Accountable for maintaining cleanliness of truck
•Accountable for maintaining accurate and quality inventory on truck
Skills/Requirements
•Must be well groomed
•Drug free and dependable
•HS diploma or GED required
•Associates Degree and above preferred
•Excellent customer service background – Must be able to relate to customers
•Must have 2+ years of HVAC service and installation experience and be able to diagnose and service residential HVAC units, heat pumps and gas pumps.
•Experience in residential sales/upselling of HVAC related services and products is preferred
•Presentation and communication skills
•Must have current drivers license and be insurable
•Must have own hand tools
