Working within the firm’s institutional business area the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client experience from the development of RFPs through to structuring deals, client take-ons and on-going account management. In-depth institutional asset management business knowledge is essential and will ideally include a good understanding of client operations and reporting and investment administration. Applicants will possess a high degree of business acumen, complemented by a creative approach to problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The role will involve the provision of marketing collateral, working closely with RFP teams to ensure the quality of responses, undertake research relating to new business opportunities and working with client relationship managers to provide bespoke client reports and tailored documentation. This is a high profile role requiring the incumbent to work across a variety of business areas, as such strong prioritisation skills and diplomatic ability is essential. Additional responsibilities will include ensuring delivery of best practice and a consistent, superior level of client service across all aspects of the institutional business, utilising knowledge of compliance and regulation and providing input to the support and continued development of databases and systems.
