Institutional Client Service Manager
Prestigious asset management house seeks high calibre individual with significant experience of working in an institutional client role within an asset management environment. to work on the establishment of a framework to ensure delivery of best in class Client operations and Client Transitions. Key responsibilities will be to provide a superior level of client service to existing clients and project managing transition events for new clients.
Working closely with relationship managers, the successful candidate will act as main liaison point between relationship management and operational areas, dealing with an institutional client base across EMEA and the UK. The role will involve the production of client specific operational reporting, reviewing and negotiating SLAs and operational requirements in Investment Management Agreements and acting as “client champion”, delivering the client’s view and perspective to a variety of internal stakeholders.
Applicants will be of graduate calibre with a relevant professional qualification and strong knowledge of the investment industry gained from either an investment management or custody environment. Excellent knowledge of capital markets and investment operations will be complemented by a commitment to service delivery and strong client focus.
