Institutional Equity Sales recruitment

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts such as asset/ fund managers, corporations, etc.
• Working closely with research team to provide research services;
• Advising clients on the investment opportunities and as well as providing a full account coverage services to your assigned clients.
• Develop and expand institutional client base, with a focus on fund houses and other institutional investors.
• Complete all sales tasks which include IPO underwriting and secondary market placement.
• Develop business on secondary market trading with institutional clients.
• Involve in due diligence and structuring of primary/secondary equity fund-raising activities.
• Generate ideas and provide support to the ECM team in deal marketing and structuring.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree, with professional qualification will be an advantage.
• A MINIMUM of 5 years of Cash Equities Sales experience with prominent financial institutions, brokerage and/or securities houses.
• Solid exposure in the Asian Equities products.
• Experience with IPO executions at some stage, with some fund-raising corporate finance activities.
• Strong sales acumen and a commitment to build solid client relationships.
• Client-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communicator with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is an absolute must.
• Possessing a wide institutional client network in HK, China and overseas markets,
• Holder of relevant SFC licenses for regulated activities
