Institutional Fixed Income Sales Representative

Ideal candidates will have existing institutional investor relationships with credit unions or banks that can be monetized on our platform through the sales of fixed income securities. A candidate should have a successful track record selling/trading one or more of the following: corporate, agency, Treasury, municipal, MBS/CMOs (investment grade) and non-marketable investment options including SimpliCD and/or Corporate Share Certificates.  The position is commission based with a draw based upon production.  Experience level should be at least 3 years to have a tangible book of business. Compensation structure is negotiable. Series 7and 63 is a must.

*Utilize existing institutional relationships to open new accounts for the firm
*Build strategic relationships with new clients
*Develop and execute a sales plan for assigned credit union and potential credit union clients
*Introduce and present BSS products and services
*Conduct trades and/or interact with execution traders
*Utilize in-house resources to service the needs of the clients
*Additional duties include offering various liquidity options and balance sheet strategies.
*Develop, prepare, and present market and educational materials to existing or prospective credit union clients on an individual and group basis.

*Bachelor's degree
*Series 7 and 63 licenses
*3+ years investment sales experience in credit union or banking industry
*Proven ability to open and maintain client accounts and manage relationships
*Established book of institutional business
*Broad experience and knowledge of fixed income products
