INSTITUTIONAL SALES MANAGER recruitment

Our client is a global company with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber professional to join them.

Lead a team of sales manager and personally manage some key client relationships. Uncover new business initiatives, business drivers and critical success. Provide proactive and continuous coaching to the team. Work with product team to develop training program. Participate in user forums and other activities such as conferences and exhibitions. Responsible for accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of new and renewal business to senior management. Provide client feedback to the product management teams.

To be qualified, you must be a university graduate with a minimum of 6 years' sales management or business development experience within the financial services. Advanced degree or CFA will be a plus. Experience selling or managing sales of software to institutions will be preferred. A demonstrated ability to work systematically and analytically will be essential. A leader who is hand on, has strong customer relationship building skills. A proven high performance track record.
