Institutional Sales Support Associate recruitment
Large, specialist asset manager with over £150 Billion AUM across a range of asset classes is looking to hire a new Sales Support Associate into the Distribution department.
Distribution develops and manages relationships with clients and prospects alike. The Sales Support Team has a crucial role in supporting all business development activities across predominantly Institutional Channels. The team provides high quality day-to-day support for both business development and consultant relations teams.
You will be responsible for:
- responding to regular and ad-hoc requests for information - performance reports, commentaries, AUM updates etc
- manage quarterly consultant reporting requirements, presentation updates
- liaise with product, investment and design team to update slides and databases
- produce and update sales presentations and marketing materials to tight deadlines prior to meetings
- coordinate distribution agreements with various 3rd parties
- Support the distribution teams with ad-hoc requests
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, have an understanding of investments and posses strong communication skills. You will also be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
