Institutional Sales Support recruitment

Responsibilities include the following tasks:

Working together with your colleagues to research and prepare communication materials. These will span the day-to-day (investor lunches, event invitations), sales team activities (client meetings) and high visibility external events (conferences), among others
Working closely with investor relations units of companies in our research universe to ensure corporate access for roadshows and client events
Proactive management of the client visits and roadshow calendar ensuring the timely preparation of materials and event organisation
Liaising with company research, capital markets, communications, logistics functions on key communication topics
Actively participating in the planning and organization of major investor conferences. Work here may include responsibilities beyond core communications duties (e.g. event planning, administrative support), but will be integral to the successful execution of events

Requirements:

Communication and event management experience and a strong project management track-record
The ability to communicate effectively, interact with senior managers and exert influence in the discussion of relatively complex subject matter
Excellent writing skills
Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and tight timelines
Sound knowledge of the structure and business model of investment banks
Capital market and equity product knowledge
A proactive, collaborative style with an interest in building and maintaining relationships and networks
Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Fluent written and spoken English and German skills
