Institutional Sales
Major responsibilities
• Participate actively in the promotion in the banks large range of products and pursue new relationships.
• Win new business for the Banks products (pooled fund solutions and segregated accounts) from institutional prospects
• Participate in internal/external sales presentations to prospects.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and organize joint calls with product experts from the group.
• Work with marketing, sales and client service team to leverage existing relationships.
Key requirements:
- A demonstrable top level track record
- A university degree with further relevant professional qualifications such as IMC/MBA desirable
- Strong technical ability across asset classes and products
- Must be organised and highly motivated
- Possess a strong emphasis on relationship building and providing a robust solutions based approach to meeting client needs
- Strong Product background, primarily within Fixed Income
- Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A deep understanding of the value chain within institutional asset management distribution and with a working knowledge of the main gatekeepers
- Must have English, Arabic and French a distinct advantage
