Role purpose:
Support the Head of Marketing Business Development with the build-up, implementation and maintenance of the company’s global sales / marketing strategy including but not limited to the corporate publications strategy (agenda setting and production), roadshows, conferences, seminars, annual investor meetings, client events and other promotions strategies such as webinars and niche strategies.
Coordinate between Marketing Product Managers, sales, investment management, communications, the conference team and outside service providers
Create high impact initiatives across all investment product offerings (spanning from fund of funds and direct investments to separate account solutions and target groups ranging from prospects, clients, consultants, placement agents and media
Take ownership of all internal and external marketing distribution lists and ensure a reliable, targeted and timely distribution
Take ownership of corporate events (annual investor meetings, roadshows, client events) in terms of organization and execution
Requirements
4 to 8 years’ relevant experience at Private Equity, Alternative Investment Manager, Hedge Fund, Traditional Asset Manager. Experience at a Third Marketing Marketing firm as well as Banks will also be considered.
Strong Undergraduate degree with strong academics. Advanced degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
