CommInsure's claims transformation program is dedicated to investing in our people. As part of this we will be embarking on a program of work to develop industry leading learning solutions to support people entering claims roles and continuing to develop in CommInsure Life Claims.
About the role
You will work with claims specialists to identify and explain technical information in a way that's easy to understand to ensure learning outcomes can be achieved. It involves planning, managing and executing the development of the learning solutions. The information may be presented in the form of e-learning modules, reference materials, and self-paced guides in a way that incorporates adult learning principles.
The role will also be responsible for supporting the development of claims specialists that are new to developing learning content and materials.
You will have
- 5+ years experience in instructional design pulling complete programs together
- Previous experience leading a team of instructional designers
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
- Blended learning and E-learning development ability, preferably around captivate or willingness to learn captivate
- Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment
- Previous experience in the Life Insurance industry is not essential, but will be highly regarded
