FRANKLIN FLUFF MILL, Franklin, VA Successful candidates must work in self-directed, high performance work teams that will operate and maintain the Franklin Fluff Mill. Candidates should have the ability to comprehend large amounts of new information in a short time frame and also have the ability to make timely decisions in a complex environment. In addition, troubleshooting, identification of continuous improvement opportunities and emphasis on work safety, environmental standards, and quality considerations are key components of this job. All employees will be responsible for all aspects of the plant's activities. These activities consists of materials handling, warehousing, process operations, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance. This also includes assisting with or performing equipment shutdown maintenance including mechanical, electrical/instrument, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance.
