Job Description Job Classification: Contract TEKsystems is currently seeking multiple qualified and interested individuals to join our team in Bloomington, IL in the role of Business Analyst. To be qualified, he/she must have experience in the industry of Insurance, within *one* of these three (3) disciplines. - Life Claims - Auto Claims (in all coverages) - Health / Disability Income, Long Term Care, Supplemental Medical Claim The Business Analysts will be expected to provide subject matter expertise in the required area, and participate in discussions using acceptance test driven development (with Agile project methodology). He/she will * develop business requirements and Process maps, * identify data elements, * create business rules and workflows, * assist in UI design, * create training materials, * develop and execute test cases, * assist with packaging and estimating work.
