Insurance Business SYSTEMS Analyst
A leading Insurance client now requires a Insurance Business SYSTEMS Analyst to ensure that Business requirements for functional and non-functional specifications are captured both for Application Remediation, and that these are documented in a coherent and concise manner. The Business Analyst will ensure that said specifications are captured, documented and completed in a workbook configurations guide, and a signed-off Business Specifications Document (BSD). The Business Analyst will advise on the impact to the existing business architecture of changes to people, organisation, process, governance and locations. The Business Analyst will provide options and recommendations to manage the impact to business architecture and will ensure the best target operating model and process models are agreed and implemented. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
-A proven track record of supporting complex and large-scale business change across a vast number of sites and departments within a networked environment
-Knowledge and experience of card payment business systems and related financial systems;
-Ability to manage and refine business requirements and align to the chosen strategic direction for handling PCI DSS compliance
-Minimum of 5 years relevant business systems experience
-A rigorous base of well developed business and technical analytical skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
-In-depth knowledge of Insurance systems is essential
