Alexander Black is urgently looking for a PA/administrator for our high profile client.
This role is from now until December 29th but is likely to become a permenant role.
Our client provides data management platforms to the securities and investment management industry. They have offices across the globe and are the have the number one product for the investment industry.
As an office administrator/ PA you will be responsible for providing diary management, arranging meetings, collating briefing information and arranging travel both within the UK and abroad. You will also work closely with the sales team and provide them with administration support.
The ideal PA will have:
- excellent organisational skills,
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Extensive secretarial skills
- You will be a confident, well presented and smart as you will be responsible for meeting some high profile clients.
You must have at least a year’s experience and successful applicants will have a thorough understanding and ability to use:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS Outlook (to advanced levels)
